Steps to Register for DRC (Online Intake)

STEPS TO REGISTER TO DISABILITY RESOURCE CENTER:

  1. Login to your MyPortal
  2. Select Apps
  3. Under ‘Students’ tab, select ‘Clockwork’ application
  4. Select ‘Clockwork Foothill Disability Services’
  5. Fill out the application form (Online Intake)
  6. Attach your medical verification documents
  7. Submit the form
  8. Once you submit the form, our Accommodation Coordinator will reach you within 3 to 5 business days
